I enjoyed the stay, the hotel is in a very central location.
The service(very quick response to resolve the problem) and the friendly staff. Excellent location
The room had a smell but it was quickly resolved by the staff. Would also be better with fluffier pillows.

Fantastic location, great place to keep your stuff while you explore Venice
This is in a terrific location. It was super easy to take a vaporetto in from the airport, it was super easy to get to the things we wanted to do in Venice: St. Mark's Square, Vivaldi's church, Murano/Burano trips, etc. There is a very useful sandwich and snack shop right outside the door which we made heavy use of. The Rialto bridge is likewise very close, and unlike other hotels we stayed at, we were away from any kind of nighttime noise.
It was pretty expensive all things considered. The room itself is very outdated and, for example, lacks enough plugs to make charging devices for a family of four work easily. At night, we wanted a little light for our kids, and the only option was to turn on the bathroom light and leave the door slightly open.

Good
Great location. Polite and friendly staff
Old shabby furniture. Very old and dirty air conditioner with broken flaps. The floor covering is peeling from the undercoat. There is no siphon in the bathroom, only in the cabin.
